Don is an investor and has been a member of the board of directors of IGear for the past 6 years. He has a long, successful career in senior level restaurant management. Most recently, Don developed and sold a 30 unit Qdoba Mexican Grill franchise in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Prior to Qdoba, Don held a number of senior level executive positions in the restaurant industry including President of KFC USA, CEO of Carl’s Jr Hamburgers, and CEO Rally’s Hamburgers.
John is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He has and continues to serve on a number of private software company boards including IGear. Prior to IGear, he was the lead investor and board member of TelaPoint preceding its acquisition by WEX, formerly Wright Express Corporation.
Prior to TelaPoint, John was the founder and CEO of FocusSoft, a leading provider of midmarket manufacturing and distribution software solutions, until its acquisition by Epicor.
Additionally, he was the co-principal, EVP, of Aries Software which merged with Infinium Software and was taken public. John began his career working for IBM in sales, marketing, and strategic planning for software company business partners using IBM server platforms.
Dennis is the Chief Financial Officer of IGear and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He brings a high-level approach to finance, supervising all accounting and tax operations and advising on budget management, cost benefit analysis, and growth opportunities.
Prior to IGear, Dennis was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Trover Solutions, Inc. until 2011 when he left to devote his time assisting companies as a Chief Financial Officer.
Dennis began his career at Ernst & Young. He has also held several financial positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky and Advanced Production Systems, Inc.
Dennis has a BA in Accounting from Bellarmine University.
Don is the founder, President and CEO of IGear and an accomplished entrepreneur. Don also previously founded Advanced Production Systems (APS) a leader in engineering, design, and fabrication of electrical and pneumatic control panels. Don has spent the past 25 years recruiting and developing a talented team of engineers, software developers and business people focused on delivering exceptional connected manufacturing products and services to an impressive array of industrial clients.
Prior to founding IGear and APS, Don worked with Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) and Schneider Electric (Square D).
Don has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville, J.B. Speed School of Engineering.
John is VP Sales & Marketing of Creative Strategies. Prior to this John was VP of Business Development at IGear and continues to consult with IGear on Sales and Marketing strategies. Prior to IGear, John was the COO for ZirMed, one of healthcare’s premier health information connectivity and management solutions companies. At ZirMed, John was a key member of the executive leadership team that guided the company through 10X growth.
Prior to ZirMed, John was a principal at TelaPoint, a leading petroleum supply chain management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startup which was later acquired by WEX, formerly Wright Express Corporation. Prior to TelaPoint, John spent 15 years with IBM serving in a variety of engineering, sales, marketing, business development and management roles.
John has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
